Scott also served on the sub-committee Board of eBay and as executive director on the PayPal Bank Board. Scott served as CTO to PayPal during the four-year period their international growth went from less than $1bn to over $4bn.

Michael (Mike) A. Cushing
In his over 25 years of experience in the distressed debt industry, Mr. Cushing has been directly involved in more than 200 portfolio acquisitions of different debt types, totaling in excess of $10 billion. This experience includes all aspects of debt purchases from analysis and contract negotiation to managing of the portfolios after the acquisition. Mr. Cushing is also a past President of Receivables Management Association International.
Mr. Cushing graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. Mr. Cushing became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California while employed by the certified public accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (formally known as Coopers and Lybrand) and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
