Scott is the former CTO of Paypal, and CIO of Lending Tree, Bank of America Card Services, and GE’s Aircraft Engine Services, Aircraft Engines eBusiness, and Plastics Americas.
Scott also served on the sub-committee Board of eBay and as executive director on the PayPal Bank Board. Scott served as CTO to PayPal during the four-year period their international growth went from less than $1bn to over $4bn.
Kevin has extensive operational and strategic experience in the healthcare industry, with specific focus on hospital operations, revenue cycle management and TPA reimbursement.
Kevin held senior operational positions at Mercy Health Systems in Philadelphia, and John Hancock’s third-party administration services, (TPA) which oversaw the PPO and HMO networks throughout the country. More recently, he was senior consulting manager for Siemens Health Systems.

Peter brings 25 years of experience in developing, selling, delivering, and supporting healthcare IT solutions (payor, provider, pharmaceutical). He has extensive management experience with strategic relationships and alliance development with leading software (ISV), systems integrators (SI) and business process outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
Peter is responsible for strategic alliances, channel-broker development and management, direct and indirect sales, and advisory services development including supporting the sales and development of new clients.
