Scott Guilfoyle

Chairman
President of Analytics

Scott is the former CTO of Paypal, and CIO of Lending Tree, Bank of America Card Services, and GE’s Aircraft Engine Services, Aircraft Engines eBusiness, and Plastics Americas.

Scott also served on the sub-committee Board of eBay and as executive director on the PayPal Bank Board. Scott served as CTO to PayPal during the four-year period their international growth went from less than $1bn to over $4bn.

Kevin Sullivan

CEO

Kevin has extensive operational and strategic experience in the healthcare industry, with specific focus on hospital operations, revenue cycle management and TPA reimbursement.

Kevin held senior operational positions at Mercy Health Systems in Philadelphia, and John Hancock’s third-party administration services, (TPA) which oversaw the PPO and HMO networks throughout the country. More recently, he was senior consulting manager for Siemens Health Systems.

Mark Bodnar

Mark is the founder of the original auditing platform, Plan2Account, and is an experienced business architect in healthcare networks, managed care, and RCM markets.

Mark has over 25 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, and system engineering.

Mark is working to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue, and improving customer service offerings.

Peter Reynolds

Chief Business Dev. Officer

Peter brings 25 years of experience in developing, selling, delivering, and supporting healthcare IT solutions (payor, provider, pharmaceutical). He has extensive management experience with strategic relationships and alliance development with leading software (ISV), systems integrators (SI) and business process outsourcing (BPO) organizations.

Peter is responsible for strategic alliances, channel-broker development and management, direct and indirect sales, and advisory services development including supporting the sales and development of new clients.

Gary Basra

Gary is a visionary and goal-oriented technology leader with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions to address business opportunities. Developed strategic plans for executives, sales, contact centers, marketing, product development, support and training by representing the IT organization. Not afraid to overcome older technologies and charting out strategic plans for system migrations to improve end user experience, expedite problem solving and cost reduction for the bottom line. Driven by implementing subject matter expertise from corporate to startup organizations over the years. Lead technology for 4 startups since 2017 to delivery fast, scalable and rapid product to market for growth stages. Migration of an aging application for eCommerce from on premise to AWS with a technology backend refresh. Successfully supporting 100% more traffic, 20% revenue growth with 60% reduction in cost. Relaunched Blue Bloodhound with a fresh rebuild of the platform in an expedited timeline with a lean team in order to turn a failing product to a successful offering. Launched MyWorkChoice, a disruptive technology empowering people to self-select shifts and take control of their own schedules and lives. Earning Interactive Media Awards best in class in eCommerce category for Worx.com and best in class Lifestyle category for RockwellTools.com. Implemented a full disaster recovery solution for a contact center client in the middle of southern California to prevent the business from suffering losses by natural disasters like earthquakes. Proprietary software development from 2004 to 2010 in Order Management, Warehouse Management, Contact center and Reporting/Analytics solutions. Lead teams on a global scale with development in China, US and India. Deployed ground up Distribution Center (200k sq ft) with hands on development within 4 months. Fulfilling up to 150k orders per month. Direct to consumer clients: Positec USA, FEIN Power Tools, DualSaw, Timelife, BodyByJake, Savvier, Perfect Fitness, Telebrands, AllStar Marketing, Oaklawn Marketing, Irwin Naturals, American Historic Society, Kaiser Permanente, Slendertone, Dyson, Lowes, Target, HomeDepot, Walmart, CanadianTire, Menards, Sears. Lead developments of proprietary software platforms in Order Management, Warehouse Management, Contact center and Reporting/Analytics solutions: OrderVision, DirectView and CampaignManager. Implementation and migration of Cisco UCCX system with hands on experience in developing IVR systems to help reduce live agent call handling by 20% with self-serve workflows in the IVR. This involved integration into SAAS systems for order management, WMS and ERP.
